【重要】退居に伴う解約・移動手続きについて

[手続きの前にご確認下さい]

・Iamネットのシステムが導入されていない建物に移動される場合: → ①「解約」の手続きが必要です
・Iamネットのシステムが導入されている建物に移動される場合: → ②「移動」の手続きが必要です

①解約の手続き

※3/31解約希望の方は3/15が最終受付となりますので、お早めにお申し込み下さい。
3/15を過ぎますと3/31での解約受付はできませんのでご注意下さい。

[ご注意点]

注1.解約日は毎月15日と末日となります。: 当月15日の解約日のお申込は前月末日までとなり、当月末日の解約日のお申込は当月15日までとなっております。
注2.解約の手続きをされないと退居後も利用料金が発生します。
注3.接続機器の返却のみは機器故障の交換分とも考えられますので解約になりません。

2/29解約希望の場合　→　2/15までにお申し込み下さい。
3/15解約希望の場合　→　2/29までにお申し込み下さい。
3/31解約希望の場合　→　3/15までにお申し込み下さい。
※下記手続き方法の1.ホームページからの解約は受付の1ヶ月前から受付開始
（3/31解約分は2/16から受付開始です）最終受付日の3/15を過ぎると最短で4/15解約となり、4月分のご利用料金が発生します。

[解約手続き方法]

1.ホームページからの解約: Iamネットホームページ上より解約手続きを行って下さい。

Iamネットホームページ（ http://www.iam.ne.jp/ ）　→「会員メニュー」→「Iam-net解約申込み受付」にてお手続きできます。
※「会員メニュー」は、Iamネット契約中の建物からのみアクセス可能です。
※ユーザID、パスワードが必要です（弊社より初回に発送させて頂きました「Iamネット」登録完了のお知らせに記載されています）。
2.解約申込書による解約: 上記方法が出来ないお客様は「解約申込書」にご記入の上、弊社まで郵送して下さい。
※「解約申込書」はIamネット開通時にお送りした書類の中に入っておりますが、Iamネットホームページからでもダウンロードすることができます。

Iamネットホームページ（ http://www.iam.ne.jp/ ）　→「サポートセンター」→「各種申込書」→「解約申込書」をダウンロードして下さい。
※「解約申込書」は、インターネットがつながる環境があれば、どこからでもアクセス可能です。

[解約手続き以後のスケジュールについて]

1.ホームページからの解約: 解約手続き完了後、解約手続きの際にご指定いただいたメールアドレスおよびIamネットに登録されているメールアドレス（ユーザID@iam.ne.jp）に「解約受付完了のお知らせ（自動送付）」のメールが届きます。
それ以降は2.解約申込書による解約と同様に「解約手続き完了のお知らせ」が郵送で届きます。

※メールアドレスをご指定いただいていない場合はIamネットに登録されているメールアドレスのみに届きます。
※解約手続き完了後すぐにメールは届きますが、メールが届かない場合は解約手続きが完了していない場合がございます。
また、メールアドレスの入力に誤りがある場合やドメイン指定などを行われていてメールが届かない場合がありますのでご注意下さい。
2.解約申込書による解約: 下記スケジュールにて「解約手続き完了のお知らせ」が郵送で届きます。

2/15解約希望の場合　→　2/8頃発送予定
2/29解約希望の場合　→　2/22頃発送予定
3/15解約希望の場合　→　3/9頃発送予定
3/31解約希望の場合　→　3/26頃発送予定

※「解約手続き完了のお知らせ」は転居先住所欄に記載された住所に届きます。
マンション名や部屋番号が記載されていない場合等、記載された住所に不備がある場合は届かない場合がありますので、転居先住所は正確にご記入下さい。

②移動の手続き

[ご注意点]

注1.工事が必要な場合、当月1日～15日までのお申込は当月末日までの工事となり、当月16日～当月末日のお申込は翌月15日までの工事となっております。: （工事が発生しない場合は上記とは異なります）
注2.上記開通システムにより、Iamネットが利用できない期間が発生する場合がありますが、その間の料金の返済はできません。

2/16から2/29までに移動の場合　→　2/15までにお申し込み下さい。
3/1から3/15までに移動の場合　 →　2/29までにお申し込み下さい。
3/16から3/31までに移動の場合　→　3/15までにお申し込み下さい。

[移動手続き方法]

: 「Iamネット・インターネット寮システム　寮移動・部屋移動申込書」にご記入の上、弊社まで郵送して下さい。
※「Iamネット・インターネット寮システム　寮移動・部屋移動申込書」は、Iamネットホームページからダウンロードすることができます。

[Please confirm it]

・When you will relocate to building where system of Iam-net is not introduced into,: it needs procedure of "①cancellation" .
・When you will relocate to building where system of Iam-net is introduced into,: it needs procedure of "②moving" .

①Cancellation

※When you desire cancellation on 31st March, because it is final acceptance day on 15th March, please apply early.
If it is over 15th March, you can't apply to cancellation of 31st March.

[Caution]

1.Cancellation date has 15th and end day at every month.: If you will apply to cancel at 15th day of this month, you have to apply until end day of last month.
If you will apply to cancel at the last day of this month, you have to apply until 15th day of this month.
2.Otherwise, you have to pay monthly charge even if after leaving your room.
3.Even if you return connection equipments only to us, it is not canceled it is because we think for exchange of equipments trouble.

If you want to cancellation date on...
29th February　→　Please apply to until 15th February.
15th March　 →　Please apply to until 29th February.
31st March 　→　Please apply to until 15th March.

※But cancellation of contract from homepage following procedure method is receptionist start from before 1 month.
（If cancellation day is on 31st March, procedure method is receptionist start from 16th February.）
If it is over 15th March of last acceptance day, cancellation date is 15th April as shortest, and you will have to pay April's fee.

[Method of cancellation procedure]

1.Do procedure cancellation by Iam-net Home page.: You can do procedure at

Iam-net home page　（　http://www.iam.ne.jp/　） → "Members menu" → "Reception of Iam-net cancellation application"
※You can access " Members menu " in only your dormitory.
※It needs your user ID and your password (These are described in notification of "Iam-net" user registration completed that we sent first time.).
2.If you can't do above-mention method, please send "Iam-net connection service cancellation application form" by mailing.: ※Although there is "Cancellation application form" at last page of "Iam-net Internet Setup Guide", you are downloadable even from Iam-net homepage.

※You can access anywhere to page of "Cancellation application form" if you can connect internet.

[About schedule after cancellation procedure]

1.Cancellation from Iam-net Homepage: We send e-mail of "Information of cancellation application completed(automatic sending)"
to be appointed e-mail address and e-mail address that registered with Iam-net(user ID @iam.ne.jp) after your cancellation procedure is completed.
After that, we send "Information about completed cancellation procedure"
to you by mailing as same as cancellation procedure of cancellation application form.

※If you don't appoint your e-mail address, we send to e-mail address only that registered by Iam-net.
※Although e-mail arrives after cancellation procedure completion immediately,
there is case that cancellation procedure does not complete when e-mail does not arrive.
Also if you input wrong e-mail address or you do e-mail domain appointment, e-mail may not arrive.
2.Cancellation procedure of cancellation application form We send "Information about completed cancellation procedure" to you following schedule by mailing .: If you want to cancellation date on...
15th February　→　It will send on 8th February.
29th February　→　It will send on 22th February.
15th March　 →　It will send on 9th March.
31st March 　→　It will send on 26th March.
※It is only on Japanese soil.

②Moving

[Caution]

1. When construction is need, if you will apply from 1st day to 15th day of this month, we will do construction until end of this month.: If you will apply from 16th day to end of this month, we will do construction until 15th day of next month
(When construction is unnecessary, it is different from above-mentioned.).
2.Although it may be occurred period that you can't use Iam-net for above-mentioned system, we can't return fee of this period.

If you want to moving date on...
from 16th February to 29th February　→　Please apply to until 15th February.
from 1st March to 15th March 　 →　Please apply to until 29th February.
from 16th March to 31st March 　→　Please apply to until 15th March.

: Please send "Iam-net Internet System Room / Dormitory movement application form" to us by mailing.
※It is downloadable " Iam-net Internet System Room / Dormitory movement application form " from Iam-net homepage.
