From these results, it is suggested that... These results indicate (suggest) that ...
It has recently been shown (reported) that .. Recent studies have shown (reported) that ...

<例> "it has been reported that"(1,870,000)(括弧内はヒット数。
例えば、"it has been recognized that the treatment of "を検索すると少数しかヒットしないが、"it has been recognized that"

前記の例で、"it has been recognized * the treatment of "を検索すると、
it has been recognized that the treatment of のほか、that の前に as clinically effective for などのフレーズが挿入された文例 (it has
been recognized as clinically effective for the treatment of)も含まれる。

The effect of * on * was * by the * method" を検索すると、 measured, assessed, evaluated, examined, investigated, studied, determined などが多く使われていることがわかる。

"the 5-year-survival rate * patients を検索すると、of patients, for patients, in patients, among patients などを含むフレーズヒットする。

(Acknowledgments)
we thank Prof., we thank Dr, we are grateful to, thanks are due to, for providing, this work was supported in part by a grant

We would like to submit our manuscript
  We are submitting our manuscript

◆General evaluation (概評:独創性、掲載の可否)
・I believe that this paper fits the aims and scope of this journal, and provides useful information to readers working on ....
・This review article presents an excellent summary of recent informationon..., and is worthy of publication.
・Few studies have analyzed .*..expression in * cancer, making this paper valuable. Therefore, I suggest that the results be
reported in a detailed, easy-to-understand manner.
・The authors examined age-dependent differences in the .test results, and conclude that such differences pose no problem in
the evaluation of...function.
・However, the authors present no data on the .function of the subjects. They should at least give grounds for claiming that the
subjects had normal ...
・This study examined the relationship between * expression and clinicopathological parameters of * cancer. My search of
the literature revealed few studies of * gene expression in * cancer.; therefore, this paper is suitable for publication,
but the manuscript requires revisions.
・However, the serum-free culturing of * cells has already been reported, and this paper provides no new information.
・The report of a case of * is not rare; therefore, I suggest that the authors consider the following questions and re-submit the
manuscript after revision to the Letters to the Editor.
・This study semiquantified * gene expression in * cancer by RT-PCR, and examined its relationship with
clinicopathological parameters.

◆Specific suggestions (comments)

Major
・The patient characteristics and the * . used should be more clearly described using tables.
・If * gene expression in Fig. 2 is expressed in relation to the level of actin gene expression in Fig. 1, both figures should be merged
to facilitate understanding in such a way that actin and * for the same sample are in the same lane.
・ For each parameter, the level of significance should be shown numerically.
・The authors claim that colonoscopy and serum examination are useful for the early detection of * cancer. However,
?the description in the paper contradicts their claim and argument.
・Some more discussion is needed on why a significant difference was observed in some parameters, but not in the other.
・Figs. 1 and 2 should be deleted, and Tables 1 and 2 should be condensed into a brief note on the results obtained.
・The manuscript contains many unnecessary descriptions throughout.
・To make that clear, the authors should reorganize the paper. In addition, the authors should improve their English usage
and sentence construction, especially in Materials and Methods

Minor
・The entire text should be double-spaced.
・The References and Figure Legends sections should start with a new page.
・References should be cited correctly.
・ The abbreviations in the table require explanation as footnotes.
・The quality of the photograph in Fig. 1 is so poor that the ...site is not clearly visible., and it should be replaced by a clear photograph.
・It would be easier for comparison if Figs. 1 and 2 were combined to construct a two-y-axis graph, in which the .. concentration is
indicated on the left-sided Y-axis, and the ... titer on the right-sided Y-axis.
・Page 5, line 1. The reagents used should be followed by the names of the manufacturer and country.
?Table 1 is an error, which should read Table 2.
・0.9% is a typographical error, which should be read as 9%.
・WOH is a typographical error for WHO.
The description of * is insufficient
The description of * should be more detailed
The description of * should be revised

(As indicated, As suggested by the
reviewer, As pointed out, In accordance with the reviewer's comments)をつけると、編集長や Reviewer にとっては煩わしい。
The sentence "Three of these patients had lung metastases."was added to Methods, on page
10, in line 5.
・Since no significant difference in ...... was observed between the two groups, a sentence to that effect was added to Results
(page9, lines 9-10).
The following sentences were added to the second paragraph of the Discussion (section).
Table (Fig.) 2 was deleted (omitted).
Tables 1 and 2 were merged (unified)

英語では文脈・語脈により、「with a review of the literature.」、「reviewed the literature.」

The two trials led to the same conclusion.
Causes of (Reasons for) ... include ...

examine, investigate, study, analyze, evaluate, assess, review, determine, measure...

書くなら、be thought, be considered, be believed, has been reported, reportedly, be claimed となる。

We experienced a patient who...

Possible causes include A and B.

「今回」「自験例」「近医」「CTで〜を指摘された」なども英語とは発想の違う表現である。それぞれ、in this study;
this patient; a local physician (clinic, hospital); the patient was found to have; cancer was detected on CT;
CT revealed cancer

You get three kinds of products.
・This table shows ...
・As you can see, these genetic loci exhibited high levels of polymorphism.

Today, I'm going to talk to you about ...
・May I have the first slide, please?
・Next slide, please.
・In conclusion, ...
・May I have the lights, please?
・招待講演の終わりには Thank you very much. または Thank you for your time. Thank you.

10)Native speaker
